Slovenj Gradec, 10 December - The situation at Prevent Global, the maker of car-seat covers whose boss quit following protests by workers, seems to be stabilising. Prevent DEV, the biggest customer and second-biggest shareholder, said Thursday it was paramount to resolve the situation quickly and that it was willing to participate in forming a new board.
