Slovenia Increases Its Share Capital in EBRD

Ljubljana, 29 June - Slovenia proposed to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 1994 a final distribution of 12,800 shares of subscribed capital of former Yugoslavia, to be shared according to the principle of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The executive board of the EBRD approved the final distribution of shares of former Yugoslavia in accordance with the resolution number 53 on 31 May this year, representative of the Slovene Ministry of Finance told a news conference after the session of government Thursday.
