Ex Minister Thinks Govt Not Serious about Decentralisation

Ljubljana, 14 December - Decentralisation is the engine of development, which is especially important in times of crisis, former Local Government Minister Ivan Zagar told a panel on the constitutional framework of decentralisation. He does not think that the current government is serious about establishing provinces.
