Minister Doubts Copenhagen Agreement Would Be Binding

Copenhagen, 15 December - Environment Minister Karl Erjavec told STA on Tuesday that he doubted that talks at the Copenhagen climate summit would result in a global and legally-binding agreement. Instead, he believes that the conference could produce a framework agreement, which will have to be upgraded to a legally-binding document in 2010.
