Ljubljana, 15 December - The former defence minister and chief-of-staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces have been charged with misfeasance in office in connection with the purchase of armoured personnel carriers from Finnish contractor Patria, Radio Slovenija quoted unofficial sources as saying Tuesday.
