Telekom Acquires Further Stake in Kosovo's Ipko

Ljubljana, 17 December - Slovenian telecoms operator Telekom Slovenije has acquired a further 29.36% of its third largest subsidiary, Kosovo's Ipko, becoming a 93.11% owner of the company. The Slovenian telco is planning to obtain the remaining portion of Ipko by March 2011, according to a press release published on Thursday.
