Experts Say Arguments for Tuerk's Impeachment Unclear

Ljubljana, 18 December - The impeachment procedures against President Danilo Tuerk mulled by the opposition Democrats (SDS) over a controversial decoration seem unlikely to succeed. Constitutional law expert Igor Kaucic and former Constitutional Court Justice Janez Cubulj suggested on Friday that the arguments referred to by the SDS were unclear.
