Dnevnik: Erjavec Sold Stake in Energy Company without Govt Approval

Ljubljana, 4 January - Less than a month after being charged in relation to a 2006 defence deal, Environment Minister Karl Erjavec is facing another scandal. Daily Dnevnik reported on Monday that he sold the state stake in an energy company to two private companies in June 2009 without the government's consent. Erjavec said the contract was being annulled.
