Jurist Says Court of Audit's Call Not Binding in Erjavec Case

Ljubljana, 14 January - Jurist Miro Cerar has told weekly Demokracija that when it comes to a serious breach of sound management, the Court of Audit can address a call for dismissal of an official to the relevant state body. "But this by no means requires a prime minister to dismiss a minister," he said in an interview published on Thursday.
