FM Welcomes Russia's Decision Allowing Reform of European Court

Ljubljana, 15 January - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar welcomed on Friday the decision of the Russian Duma to support the ratification of Protocol No 14 to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights that will allow for a long-awaited reform of the European Court of Human Rights.
