Consumer Confidence Down Over Last Month, But Up Over 2009

Ljubljana, 22 January - The consumer confidence index dropped one percentage point in January compared to December. Despite a drop for the second consecutive month, the index in January was three percentage points above the average for 2009 and 17 percentage points higher than in the same period last year, the Statistics Office said on Friday.
