Erjavec Says His Dismissal Trampling of Rule of Law

Ljubljana, 26 January - Presenting his case before MPs voted on his dismissal as environment and spatial planning minister on Tuesday, Karl Erjavec insisted that his sacking on the basis of a Court of Audit call would be unconstitutional. Prime Minister Borut Pahor countered by saying Erjavec had taken a different stance in the past.
