Mercator Cleared to Buy Getro
Zagreb, 30 January - Slovenia's biggest retailer, Mercator, has been cleared by the Croatian Competition Agency to buy Croatian rival Getro. The agency assessed that the takeover does not run contrary to Croatia's anti-trust legislation in its decision delivered on Thursday.
