Minister Blames Owner for Fatal Dog Mauling
Ljubljana, 3 February - Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik does not deem his ministry or the government responsible for Tuesday's dog mauling death, so he will not resign. Addressing the press, the minister pointed his finger at the owner who was killed by his dogs.
