NATO Agrees Spending Measures, Wants Better Oversight

Istanbul, 5 February - NATO defence ministers reached a consensus on the alliance's priorities late on Thursday. "In terms of resources, we are giving priority to operations, but we are also demanding greater transparency and oversight of spending," Jelusic said after the meeting in Istanbul.
