FM Insists Issue of Croatian LB Deposits Matter for Basel Bank

Ljubljana/Munich, 6 February - The Constitutional Court's decision that will allow Croatian savers of defunct Slovenian LB bank to file suits to reclaim their deposits at Slovenian courts does not change the fact that under the succession agreement the issue needs to be resolved with the help of the Basel Bank for International Settlements, Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar said.
