Ljubljana, 12 February - Two opposition parties filed a motion to oust Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik in parliament on Friday. Pogacnik, who announced he would fight the motion, has been under fire for his ministry's decision to return two dogs to their owner, who was subsequently mauled and killed by them last week.
