Dnevnik Says Latest Afghanistan Offensive a Partial Success

Ljubljana, 15 February - Dnevnik argues Monday that the unusual advertising of operations in the run-up to the Moshtarak offensive in Afghanistan was never meant to intimidate the Taliban into surrendering, but the strategy, first used during the first Gulf War, seems to gave been at least partially successful.
