Brussels, 18 February - The European Commission encourages Slovenia and Italy to solve bilaterally any outstanding issues concerning gas terminals Italy is planning to build in the Gulf of Trieste, the spokesperson for the environment commissioner, Joe Hennon, told STA on Thursday.
