Minister Announces Switch to Incentive-Oriented Welfare

Ljubljana, 19 February - Labour, Family and Social Affairs Minister Ivan Svetlik presented Friday in Ljubljana a draft bill on welfare benefits which is raising general welfare benefits. Notably, substantial allowances are envisaged for those permanently incapacitated for work as well as those actively engaged in training and employment programmes.
