Delo Says Dog Scandal Could Be Fatal for Govt

Ljubljana, 22 February - Daily Delo ponders on Monday the scandal that broke out after dogs mauled their owner to whom they were returned despite the Veterinary Administration's insistence they should be put down, saying it could lead to the downfall of the government.
