Polish EIB Vice-President Refuses To Vacate Post for Slovenia
Brussels, 25 February - Marta Gajecka, a Polish vice-president of the European Investment Bank (EIB), said on Thursday there are no legal grounds for the resignation that is being expected of her as part of a deal of an informal EIB shareholder constituency of eight countries. She was expected to be replaced this August by Tone Rop of Slovenia.
