Outgoing Top Justice Deems Judiciary Fitter Today

Ljubljana, 26 February - Looking back on his six-year stint as president of the Supreme Court, Franc Testen says that it is up to others to judge his work, but he believes the judiciary to be in much better shape today. His main objection to the government-sponsored court reform is haste.
