OLYMPICS: Maze Disappoints in Slalom

Vancouver, 27 February - Tina Maze was aiming for a third Olympic medal in Friday's slalom in Whistler, but she did not cope well with difficult conditions on the slope and managed only ninth place. Despite the disappointment today, Maze is leaving Vancouver as the best Slovenian athlete, having won silver in super G and giant slalom.
