Prosecution Offers Explanation for Prosecutor's Resignation

Ljubljana, 8 March - Following inquiries about the reasons for the resignation of a prosecutor in charge of a group investigating crimes committed by police officers, the Office of the State Prosecutor General said Monday that Branka Zobec Hrastar resigned because of what she labelled distrust of the State Prosecutor General in her work.
