PM Sends Envoy to Croatia, Serbia to Salvage W Balkans Meeting

Solkan, 9 March - Prime Minister Borut Pahor has sent a special envoy to Croatia and Serbia in a bid to salvage the prospects of a conference on the Western Balkans, which is planned to take place in Slovenia on 20 March. The main obstacle is Serbia's opposition to Kosovo's participation as an independent state.
