Second-Instance Body Rules Against Custody for Prijatelj

Koper, 12 March - A preliminary criminal procedure chamber at the Koper District Court ruled on Friday that MP Srecko Prijatelj will not have to remain in custody, Prijatelj's lawyer Silvan Jakin told the STA. Prijatelj was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of bribery.
