Erased Referendum Initiative Sent to Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 18 March - Feeling that subjecting the fate of the erased, a minority, to the vote of the majority would be unconstitutional, the coalition sent the opposition-sponsored motion for a referendum on the erased to the Constitutional Court on Thursday. The proposal of the coalition was passed in a 44:28 vote.
