Western Balkan Conference Surrounded by Uncertainty

Brussels/Ljubljana/Belgrade, 18 March - A high-level conference on Western Balkans scheduled for Saturday in Slovenia remains clouded in uncertainty despite last-ditch efforts by Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor to secure participation of Serbia and Kosovo.
