PM: Balkans Conference Will Be Held Regardless of Participation

Ljubljana, 19 March - The conference on Western Balkans will be held Saturday regardless of participation, Prime Minister Borut Pahor said Friday. Pahor would not reveal which invited participants would attend, but Serbian President Boris Tadic as well as EU president Herman Van Rompuy announced they would not be coming to the conference.
