Coalition Heads Keen to Skip Referendum, MPs Not Convinced

Ljubljana, 23 March - After the Constitutional Court cleared the border arbitration agreement between Slovenia and Croatia Tuesday, coalition parties said there was no need for a consultative referendum on the matter. But they are yet to convince their MPs.
