EU Summit Opens with Deal Reached on Greece

Brussels, 25 March - EU leaders, among them Slovenia's Prime Minister Borut Pahor, opened the spring summit in Brussels on a positive note on Thursday as France and Germany had reached a deal on a rescue plan for Greece.
