Two New Municipalities Established

Ljubljana, 30 March - The National Assembly established on Tuesday two new municipalities with 39 votes in favour and 20 against, increasing the total number of Slovenia's municipalities to 212. The people of Ankaran (SW) and Mirna (SE) decided to break away from municipalities of Koper and Trebnje in referendums in November 2009.
