Instructions for Prosecutors Take Effect
Ljubljana, 2 April - The disputed instructions for state prosecutors issued by the Justice Ministry came into force on Friday. While the state prosecution service believes the instructions should be revoked, Justice Minister Ales Zalar insists they will ensure independence of prosecutors from their superiors.
