Wiener Boerse Challenging LJSE Ruling at Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 2 April - The CEESEG group, formerly the Wiener Boerse, announced on Friday a constitutional complaint against a Supreme Court ruling backing the view of the Securities Market Agency's (ATVP) that it needs to publish a takeover bid for the operator of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
