A number events are being held this weekend to mark 77 years since the western region of Primorska was united with the rest of the Slovenian territories under the Paris Peace Treaties following 20 years of Italian rule. The main event will take place in Vipava on Sunday with Prime Minister Robert Golob delivering the keynote.
