State Found Responsible for Murder Victim's Death

Ljubljana, 13 April - The Ljubljana Higher Court has found the state responsible for the 2006 murder of Ljubica Ulcar by three-time murderer Silvo Plut, ruling in favour of the request for compensation from the victim's husband, Mirko Ulcar.
