Vecer Unhappy with Nuclear Security Summit

Maribor, 15 April - Daily Vecer says on Thursday that the nuclear security summit which US President Barack Obama hosted in Washington DC this week turned out to be a soap bubble rather than an explosion of efforts to create a nuclear weapons-free world.
