Minister Says Reforms Urgent

Ljubljana, 15 April - Development Minister Mitja Gaspari cautioned against a shelving of reforms Thursday, arguing that the time to act is now. "Slovenia has no choice," he told Forum 21, an outfit headed by Former President Milan Kucan.
