Opposition Walks Out of Debate on Arbitration Accord

Ljubljana, 19 April - A border arbitration agreement between Slovenia and Croatia looks set to be confirmed in a half-empty chamber on Monday, as all three opposition parties walked out in protest at getting too little time for debate.
