Delo Fears Construction Cartel will Go Unpunished

Ljubljana, 20 April - Daily Delo says on Tuesday that although some estimates put the damage caused to Slovenian taxpayers by the construction cartel at EUR 2bn, it would be naive to expect any punishment for those responsible.
