Ljubljana, 20 April - Slovenia struggled to keep on track for their goal of an unbeaten tournament, requiring an overtime goal to beat Great Britain 4:3 (1:0, 1:0, 1:3, 1:0) in the World Division I Ice Hockey Championships in Ljubljana on Tuesday.
