Kresal Stays On as Interior Minister

Ljubljana, 21 April - Interior Minister Katarina Kresal won a vote of confidence in parliament on Wednesday as only 38 out of 87 deputies present backed the opposition-sponsored motion that she be ousted because her actions were allegedly motivated by political and business interests and cronyism. Nine MPs abstained.
