Delo Stresses Importance of Arbitration Accord Referendum

Ljubljana, 28 April - Commenting on the parliament's decision to call a referendum on the border arbitration treaty with Croatia, daily Delo says on Wednesday that voters will be making an important decision on whether or not the almost 20-year dispute between Slovenia and Croatia will finally be resolved.
