Ljubljana, 10 May - Campaigning started in earnest Monday ahead of the 6 June referendum on the Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration agreement, as the prime minister and opposition leader delivered a heated exchange in what was their first televised face-to-face after the 2008 election campaign.
