Disagreements Arise over Culture Capital Project

Ljubljana/Slovenj Gradec, 11 May - Two years before Maribor is set to assume the title of European Capital of Culture, the local and government authorities are at odds as to who has not done its part of the job. The six towns involved in the project have even threatened to pull out unless the government makes its intentions about the project clear.
