Balkans Coordinator Hopes Border Treaty Will Survive Referendum

Ljubljana, 12 May - The Slovenian Foreign Ministry coordinator for the Western Balkans, Vojko Volk, told the STA on Wednesday he hoped Slovenians would not reject the border arbitration treaty with Croatia in the June 6 referendum. "However, every decision by the people is legitimate," added Volk, who is set to become Slovenian ambassador to Croatia before the summer.
