Parliament Approves EUR 300m in Loan Guarantees for SOD Fund
Ljubljana, 20 May - Parliament passed on Thursday in a 48:24 vote an act providing EUR 300m in state guarantees for loans to the state-run Restitution Fund (SOD). SOD needs funding to secure liquidity and settle existing liabilities.

Nadaljevanje redne seje DZ, na kateri so obravnavali predloge novel zakonov o davčnem postopku, o davku od dohodkov pravnih oseb, o dohodnini in o revidiranju ter predlog zakona o poroštvih RS za financiranje investicij gospodarskih družb in o poroštvu RS za obveznosti SOD v višini 300.000.000 evrov iz naslova najetih kreditov in izdanih obveznic za financiranje SOD v letu 2010.
