Diaspora Minister Concerned about Brain Drain
Ljubljana, 27 May - Minister for Slovenians Abroad Bostjan Zeks voiced concern about a brain drain as he addressed the first conference of Slovenian law experts from around the world in Ljubljana on Thursday.
