Govt Adopts Amendments to Speed Up Debt Recovery Proceedings
Ljubljana, 3 June - The government adopted on Thursday amendments to bankruptcy and debt recovery legislation which are to address the problem of late payments and improve the efficiency of debt recovery proceedings.
